connecting to Comcast/Xfinity land line phone
Can this wireless modem be used to connect the Comcast/Xfinity landline phone?

The C6220 doesn't have voice.
If you're wanting voice, you'd need to look for the models with a V at the end to indicate voice and not version.
Like the C7100V
or CM500V, CM1150V
CM: modem only
C: modem/router combo device
C*****V: modem/router/voice device.
