Connection issues with Nighthawk x6 R8000 dropping connections
Just lately my nighthawk x6 will drop connections on wifi devices or at least it says it's still connected, but there is no actual communication. I tried switching to another older wireless router I...
Still having issues dropping. Sometimes all devices will drop and the SSID will disappear. Sometimes only one device will drop and the device will usually say wrong password for “SSID”
Anything else I can try or is this thing fried?

try installing version 1.0.4.28 of the firmware. do it over a hardwired connection, factory reset and then do a clean install (not from backup).

Its the version prior to netgear armor. Some devices don't play nicely with armor. Not sure why but its always worth trying a version prior to it.
Ok, that makes sense. Is there a way to diable the armor in the new version to try that as well?
