Connection to Virgin Superhub3

I have connected my Nighthawk R7000 to the Virgin Superhub in Modem Mode, but instead of getting the 350mbs I should have I am only getting 200mbs via the router. What have I done wrong can anyone he...

MossKeane  I take it then that Virgin didn't supply you with one of their routers? If they did, have you tried using theirs instead of your own?
