connection

ON a R6700v3 

Unable to connect to UI of router

I did several resets

Check out the connection wifi to router is on

While ping the router the adress point correctly 192.168.1.1

I did try flushdns command

I did clear all caches

The router works but i can't get the UI with routerlogin.net or routerlogin.com

please could you give me some help?

    Do you have it connected to a modem/gateway? and if so, which one? 

    Try disconnecting it from your modem/gateway, then factory reset the R7000 (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on), then try access it from the 192.168.1.1
