Connectivity Issues

I lose connectivity frequently and have to reset the modem router multiple times per week, sometimes daily, either by disconnecting the cable, power and/or hitting the reset button.  My internet provider is Spectrum and it is not in an outage when I check.  Is this an issue with modem router or internet provider?
