"couldn't get IP address" Nighthawk 7200

I installed an alexa system and started changing everything to make my home a smart home.

Everything was working very well with lights, switches, 2 echo show and a couple echo flex. A couple days later I changed out the switches in the room containing the router.

After putting power back in the room, the router came back but only half of the devices connected to the router. Cell phones kept reading "couldn't get IP address". 

Smart lites also failed to connect and one echo flex. 

Some devices appear on the list of attached devices but read 0.0.0.0

Any ideas?
