DHCP Option 82
Does the R7400 router support this option? I noticed in packet captures that when I send that option, the DHCP service doesn't respond, but does just fine if I don't include it.
- Nope, not supported.
Might check NGs support page and user manual for this option.

Or with in the routers web page. Maybe seen under Advanced tab/Setup/Internet or under Advanced Tab/Advanced section.

Yeah I didn't see anything about it in the user manual. Bummer. I need this option to support an important endpoint identification feature in my management platform.
- Option 82 is an "exotic" one, and I haven't come across it in any consumer router over the years. Only option 60/61 are usually supported as required by some ISPs. Option 82 might be supported in the more professional-oriented devices.
