Different device different speed
Firmware version - V1.0.9.12_1.2.23 I just switched to a new broadband service yesterday. Subscribed to a 100Mbps service. After the new install, I tested the speed on my iPhone using Speedtest ...

Ok. I went from 1.0.9.12 to 1.0.9.10. No change in the speed. Still getting around 38+/- mbps down on my iphone 10.slightly less than 25 up as expected.
I went down again to 1.0.9.6 and I just got 173.13 mbps down and as expected around 25 up (23.94 to be exact).
I tested my ipad (only tested after going to .6) and it went from the high 30's an hour ago to 177.98 down and 23.21 up. My laptop is getting 180.17 down and 23.92 up.
Not saying you will get the same results as me. But this is what I just saw.
Hope this helps. And I hope Netgear reads this and does something with the data.

no one can help?

Let's simplify this. With one exception, your devices, including wifi clients, are delivering the Internet speed you have signed up for.
One device is slower than you expect.
If everything else is working as expected, this points very strongly at the wifi client as the issue, not the modem/router or Internet service.
That being the case, I would investigate the wifi client and stop worrying about the wifi source. It is clearly delivering as expected. Maybe you need to tweak the settings on the "slow" client.

But the same clients work fine with other routers
- michaelkenwardNov 09, 2017Guru - Experienced UserThat's new information. Tell the clients to forget this router and establish a fresh connection.
