Disconnects Constantly
HI, I am constantly getting a message "no internet" when I check, it is disconnected and then it connects by itself inmediately. I mean constantly. I have tried to reboot the modem and it continues. I never had this problem before with any other router and I am considering returning it. As a separate question will my personal information be safe if I return it without changing the provided password? Thank you.

What modem do you have?
What router do you have?
What firmware is on the router?
Is it happening to wired devices? just wireless? and if only wireless to 2.4ghz or 5ghz?
You can sure return it but if you don't fix the underlying problem, you stand a good chance of running into the same issues.
If you do decide to return it, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on. That'll clear out any info/settings.

Thank you, I will provide the info the best I can since I am not knowledgable on these issues.
First my model is R6330 (AC1600) (no option available to select this model).
The Modem is from Spectrum
I supposse it is 2.4 ghz (Acer laptop)
Firmware V1.1.0.78_1.0.1
Icould not access the router setuo from the Edge browser only from Chrome wich I may have used when I installed it. I am now trying to transition to Edge. Anyway the disconnect occurs on both browsers.
Thank you.

Possibly because you are in the wrong section for that device.
You are more likely to find messages about your hardware here:
