DNGD4000 - downloading Netgear Genie App for Windows - failure
Have been trying unsuccessfully to download the Netgear Genie App for Windows for about 1 hour. Other downloads such as Firmware update and Manual returns instantly with the files requested. I cannot see how to communicate with Netgear regarding this problem. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to access the file, or can forward a zipped copy to me?
