does my router have SIP-A.L.G. enabled? if so, how can I disable it?

Is SIP-A.L.G. enabled on my router? If so, how can I disable it?

    At the top of this page go to the Downloads section and type in the model number of your router.  Download the user manual.  You can search for SIP and you will come up with page 65.  Screen snip attached.
