Dos attacks with lag spikes. please help

Disable DoS protection, it's useless. 98% of the time it's false positives. In your case, a local device (192.168.1.3) is "attacking" you. Worthless

That's certainly one of the things to try. Another is to turn off logging of those events.
Not much point in keeping a record of what microchip8 rightly labels as "worthless".
Anything that requires your router to do work eats into its processing power and that can get in the way of doing things that are important.
