Double NAT Online Gaming
I have a strict double nat issue with my router. I do not understand because I thought that only happened if you are using 2 routers. My apartment has free WiFi they told us to just get a router and plug the internet cable into the wall. We have been using this internet service for the past 3 years a with no problem up until about 6 months ago Double NAT showed up. We have went in and opened the NAT but it only last a short time before it goes back to Double sometimes Strict NAT. This would not be a problem but my Son plays online gaming and is unable to connect to Call of Duty, Roblox and Fortnite. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

What model router do you have?
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too? Built in router her at the modem by chance? If yes, this would cause a double NAT condition with a 2nd router connected.
