Its a Nighthawk R7000P,
Gateway is Dynamic IP from the ISP
Firmware version V1.3.1.64_10.1.36

NG is notoriously known to provide many false positives. I'd suggest turning off that function (not just logging).... I've been running for 3 years now with DoS protection off and havenn't had any issues at all. NG likes to "provide" some secuurity but it faills badly at it. Turning off only logging won't do much since logging is not as expensive as iptables blocking of these attacks.
