Downloading the new firmware
I have tried 3 times, it just keeps saying it will take one minute. It is trying to download the GUI table. I am using Google Chrome on my desktop computer.
Also Netgear people, please avoid using the letter O and the number 0 as part of your password resets due to the fact that they are too similar.

Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Try using a different browser?
Default password for the log in is "password" however upoin walking thru the setup wizard, this gives you the opportunity to change the admin log in PW to something different.
What router do you have?
What firmware version are you on?
Have you tried manually updating it?
