I'm still not getting full speed when connected via ethernet. I've tried all the suggestions from this thread and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I reset the router for a 3rd time and it didn't make a difference and I followed the instructions from this thread.

I'm still not getting full speed when connected via ethernet. I've tried all the suggestions from this thread and nothing seems to resolve the issue. I reset the router for a 3rd time and it didn't make a difference and I followed the instructions from this thread.

What CAT# cables are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Be sure that any ethernet adapter drivers are updated as well.
Make sure the ethernet adapter is connecting at 1000Mpbs to the modem first as a test, then at the back of the router.
If you reset the setup from scratch, don't enabled Access Controls, Armor, Circle QoS or Traffic Meter, you should be seeing to spec speeds with a wired PC and Ooklas installable speed test app. Be sure to try different test sites on the app as well.
Try a different wired PC to compare results.

You have bad or failing hardware in the data path. Cables are the most obvious, followed by Ethernet ports on your devices. Some devices like your router have both an input Ethernet port and an output Ethernet ports. Also a possibility is debris inside the Ethernet receptacles.
