Dynamic QOS for R7450

Greetings,

I looked in the community and I could not find an answer, so I am posting this.  I have a NetGear R7450 wifi router and am trying to set up Dynamic QOS per the router instructions.  Unfortunately, what I see is not the same as the user guide.  I do not see an option for Dynamic QOS, only for QOS by Service and QOS by Device, and nowhere to turn on Internet Access QOS or to turn on Bandwidth Control, specifically.  I am on firmware version V1.2.0.90_1.0.1 which I believe is current (it was installed last week automatically).

Does anyone know how to enable this?
