ea6100v2 config utility?
why isn't there a config utility that runs on windows? What giant ****** decided to make phone apps only?
what am i supposed to do???

You can use the installation assistant. its easy to use and doesn't need a phone/app.

They didn't. They just try to force you down that router because it is "simple". It is also annoying that they don't make it more obvious that there are alternatives.

Use a browser?
I don't know what the ea6100v2 might be. I cannot find it in the Netgear database and Google is equally ignorant.) But the documentation should guide you through the process.
