Well.. I did verify that the server and port are correct.. I found them here:

And...I was able to log on to my email using my user id and password... but you do have me thinking .. as the provider migrated to O365 .. I am wondering if something else changed since it last work 16-Jun (which I was using O365 back then) ..
Hmm.. I will dig that way... as trying to send an email from my iPhone using that configuration DOES fail.. so I think you are on to something.
Gmail did the same thing. They stopped supporting non secure 3rd party mail configurations and apps. So to get around that they support using Two Factor Authentication and using one of there own PW generators:
