ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED to access to Netgear Router

Trying to access to NetGear D6300 Home page (192.168.0.1) but I got ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I got the error message with Chrome but also Explorer or Edge.

Very frustrating - please help

Some days ago it was working and trying to ping it works!
