I uninstalled and reinstalled and have come to the conclusion I did not follow the right set up proceedures when first installing the software. It's back to the manuals for now. I truly appreciate all your help. Thank you!!:smileyhappy:

Try to uninstall the ReadySHARE Vault software and observe if it will still show the same error.
Then reinstall it.
