Or where/what are you getting it on?

And why can't you read your messages?

I'm getting it on my phone. I can't even read my emails. 

I have the RAX20-100NAS  AX1800 WiFi 6 Netgear router.

    Any other devices having issues? 

    Have you tried uninstalling the netgear app from your phone?
