Of coarse, it's a Netgear also, working fine straight out of it but nothing out of the router, just the error no internet plugged into the input.

A Netgear what? Does it have a model number?
Over the years, Netgear has made dozens of modems and modem/routers designed for particular types of Internet. Working out where your network goes wrong depends on knowing in detail what you are struggling to tame.
Please provide as much detail as possible. Leave it to us to decide what is relevant.

What does that mean? You can plug something into this magic box and connect something or other to the Internet?
Plenty of things that could go wrong there. But we need details.
The good news is that these things are usually pretty easy to fix. You just heed to go about it methodically.

That rules out one of the common causes of problems.A modem router in front of a router.
What about this not?

I'd go through the steps you have described again:
- Factory reset
How do I perform a factory reset on my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support
- Restart the network as you described.
- Set it up yet again
I can't tell how you went about this to begin with: where possible do it with a browser and a wired connection into the router.
If there are still problems, then dive in and start the warranty process.
Start the RMA process by checking MyNetgear.
How do I request a Return Material Authorization (RMA)? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Been there already done that about 10 times. I have no warranty. Do you know how to diagnose the ports? Do I run the cable from the input to one of the outputs? And then check what? or does anyone else know anything to check? Thanks
