I do, it always says connected when I go into Xbox or PlayStation settings, but won’t allow us to play internet games. It’s all Ethernet connections. We go through charter/spectrum
You have a screen snip of the cable connections page (shows upstream/downstream/snr/correctables) and the event logs ?
