EX6200 difficulty

I was doing a firmware update tonight.  I think this thing is bricked.  Upon power on the two network lights are amber and the connectivity arrows are flashing green.  I cannot get the factory reset ...

The recovery reset procedure did not work.  The TFTP did.  I did a bit of reading through what you sent me...and it all worked as you said.
