EX7500 won’t connect to new router

I got a new wifi router and company and I can’t get my extender to connect to it or my phone I’ve tried factory resetting it. I don’t know what I’m doing at all.

    what router are you trying to connect it to? 

    What firmware is on the extender? 

    What method of setup are you using? WPS or the installation assistant?
