Explaining Packet Burst, Without Talking About Call of Duty
Hey everybody,
I just have a question about packet burst, as it relates to video games, but not specifically Call of Duty oriented. In general, what is the cause for packet burst? I'm not even really concerned about how to fix packet burst at this point, I just want to know main causes. I am trying to educate myself on the issue, so even links to technical explanation sites are fine.

Netgear has set up a community forum specifically for the NightHawk Gaming Router products. Most of the people who watch that forum are more likely to have experience with NH gaming router products. Might be more likely to find someone who has a solution if the question is posted there:

Thank you.- I am very sorry. I thought I had made it to the Nighthawk Gaming Routers section after I typed in XR500, and chose the option that listed my router. I will bookmark the link you gave me since most of my questions will, most likely, involve trying to understand what certain things mean.
