I got ExpressVPN on R7000 now I can´t access my router how to downgrade without access to web interface. I use MACos. Tried reset, I don´t know how tu upload old FW. THX

With the exception of its gaming routers, which run DumaOS, Netgear does not support third party firmware. So you won't find many experts in ExpressVPN here.
You also lose any official support of you use third party firmware.

Maybe you tried that.
Whoever produced the firmware you use may have a community like this where you can get help.
Finally, you may be able to use something like TFTP to force the official firmware on to your R7000.
