ExpressVPN using OpenVPN on Nighthawk R6700?

Is it possible to configure the R6700 using OpenVPN for ExpressVPN?

ExpressVPN offers a firmware for R6700v3, which does not work on the R6700. However, it might be possible to install their OpenVPN files? Does anyone know?
