Extender will not reset to factory settings

Question

Bought the EX8000 over a year ago, support helped me set it up, im terrible at tech, so was thankfull for that.

Recently installed a new Sy Router, tried to re-connect to network.

Problem now is:

Will not connect to network, just continuous flashing white lights, even using wps

tried to reset to factory settings, it will not reset.

All i have currently is an extender that is flashing white all the time.

Any suggestions?fixes?

You might have corrupt firmware.&nbsp;
You can try recoving it with tftp or nmrpflash. are you on windows? if so, follow this guidehttps://kb.netgear.com/000059634/How-to-upload-firmware-to-a-NETGEAR-router-using-Windows-TFTPjust make sure you enable tftp https://www.thewindowsclub.com/enable-tftp-windows-10and here's a video walk through using a tftp client. I don't have a mac but if you search the forums, plenty have done it with tftp.&nbsp;
