Extender won’t work with R8000P router.

Question

After configuring the extender, it communicates with the R8000P and functions for a few minutes and then loses 2 way communication. I don't lose my extender signal, the extender loses coms with the router. Any ideas.

What firmware is on the extender?&nbsp;
And on the router?&nbsp;
How big is the home?&nbsp;
How far from the router is the extender?
What materials is the interior of your home made from?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
When you've got it setup, do you have a screen snip of the extenders status page? it'll show us backhaul connection status to the router.&nbsp;
