Factory default issues

Wondering if anyone can share if they have had similar issues. When powering down and rebooting my router, it always defaults back to factory settings. Hoping anyone can give any insight or thoughts

    Hi Sim1979,

     

    Just try to clear cache in one of your device. 

     

    Reflash the firmware as well.

Reset the router manually. Reconfigure and check again.

Used pin to reset to factory

Configured password and security questions and checked internet connection .

Powered down and back on

Prompted to configure password/questions and check connection

      The issue is happening on all my devices (desktop, laptop, mobile and 2 tablets). Think that eliminates cache but let me know if incorrect.
