Factory reset issues RAX43

Can't seem to get the factory reset done correctly. I have the app and when I choose the WiFi, it asked for the password and I continue to get "incorrect password" message. Help!

    Have you tried hardwiring a pc/laptop into it? 

    Then you can go through setup and check/change the wireless ssid/password and it skips having to know them for setup.
