Hi,
Sorry for not gettiung back to this sooner...
I rolled back to 1.0.5.28 (just picked at random) then disconnedted the power for 5-10 minutes, and the ports worked again.
Then flashed to 1.0.5.38 again and all is well... Not sure where the change happened, or what didn't get set/reset in .38, but rolling back solved it for me.
Thanks for the help,
John

I had the exact same issue after updating to v1.0.5.38. All ethernet ports just flash. Can't seem to reset to factory defaults either, and I had my wifi radios all turned off as I was using as just a router/firewall and so at the moment, its totally bricked for me. Interestingly it took about 8 hours after the firmware update for the device to fail. In my case, besides the disabled wifi radios on all bands, I had LAG enabled. Otherwise very vanilla. Any workarounds? Were you able to factory reset to recover?
Thanks,

Update. I factory reset and rolled back to 1.0.5.36, and ethernet ports still won't function, just flashes. 1.0.5.38 appears to have bricked the ethernet ports permanently. Wifi still works, which for me is useless since I only now use the R9000 as a router and swtich. Thoughts?
Thanks,

Could you load up Voxels R9000 FW and see if problem is still there?
You can revert back to stock afterwards.
I would open a support ticket if you have not already and let NG know whats happening.
