Firmware Update Disaster

I was updating the firmaware on a Nighthawk R7500 and the firmware file was on a USB. During the update a coworker came by and accidently bumpped the USB stick the Update status bar just hung at about 70% for 2 hours so I power cycled it any now nothing I can't access the Web Gui and all of the LEDs are white any suggestions would be appreciated.
