Firmware update file not found
I try to download latest firmware version 1.0.0.124. Following the link, the message "File not found" appears. What to do?

If you have the R7500v2 described in your footer, that is not the right firmware.
That should be Firmware Version 1.0.3.26. There has never been a 1.0.0.124.
There is firmware and a manual for the R7500v2 somewhere at the end of this link:

If that isn't your device, look at the label on the back and check the model number.

Of you follow your link and try to download the update file, the message “ File not found” appears. That was the reason I started thuis toppic......
You didn't help yourself by starting this topic with the wrong model number.
