Firmware update for R6400

Can’t seem to update firmware. Constantly getting a error when checking for firmware update via the app. I can’t update via Ethernet only Wi-Fi or app.

Not sure how to do a manual update without an Ethernet connection.

They have USB to ethernet adapters.
