Firmware Update R6220
Good day -
I have a R6220 Router.
I've logged in via the web browser, Night Hawk app, and the Genie app. Each of them say the Firmware is V1.1.0.34_1.0.1. When I try to do an update it says there is none available.
If I search online though it seems to suggest that there is an update available: V1.1.0.106.
How come none of these automated tools are seeing this or allowing me to update. I tried plugging in laptop directly to router but that didn't work either. How else can I update it?

Your version might just be that old is why. Sometimes it does happen.
