Firmware Update

I need help finding a solution for my R8000P Router. I tried everything but it still won't update to latest firmware. I've tried app, the site, hard reset the router, manual updates, still don't work...

What FW is currently loaded? 

What browser are you using? Try MS EDGE or Firefox.

It's on V1.4.1.50_1.3.10

    Try the workaround. 

    The .50 version has issues updating. 

    Or if the router is new, you can contact customer services for an RMA
