Gearhead support out of service?

After two calls this afternoon to Gearhead where for 20minutes I was told wait time was 0 minutes that then leapt to 50mins with 2 people ahead of me and a second call where teh wait time was over 5,800 minutes I gave up!

Anyone else haveing a similar problem?
