Genie Network, R7800 details Status always : OFFLINE. Ios: 10.0.2 iphone 6s

Hi,

 

In genie app > Network Map > Router icon R700 > Details:

The router R7800 status always is offline,

But the router in the WEB Browser is online,

(And it is online).

 

App version: 2.4.30

Router firmware: V1.0.2.04WW.

Ios 10.0.2 on iphone 6s.

 

Is it a bug?

    diralex That's very strange. Did you try to delete the app and then reinstall it? 

    I'm unable to replicate it.

    Can you post a screenshot?

    I'm using the latest iOS version too. 

    Edit: Have you tried factory reset on your router?

      The network Map is working very good (except the bug with the Traffic Meter mentioned earlier in other post).
      There is no problem with the Network Map.

       

      The issue is when i choose the ICON R7800 and press on DETAILS then i get a window with status: Offline.

       

      Please see the 2 attached screnshots.

       

      The first screenshot you see red line between the R7800 and the internet
      but this is not true because the internet working properly.
