Genie Network, R7800 details Status always : OFFLINE. Ios: 10.0.2 iphone 6s

Hi,   In genie app > Network Map > Router icon R700 > Details: The router R7800 status always is offline, But the router in the WEB Browser is online, (And it is online).   App version: 2.4.30...

    diralex That's very strange. Did you try to delete the app and then reinstall it? 

    I'm unable to replicate it.

I just deleted and reinstalled the app and now the status is: Online.
