The only other possible alternative to rolling back the firmware would be to set up and alternate dns server on the computers you use. Setting the alternative dns server to Google DNS servers seemed to get rid of the problem for me. Kinda weird.

Or using an alternative firmware like fresh tomato. As other users have suggested. Changing the alternate dns server to your default gateway and Google DNS servers seemed to get rid of the problem for me.

Tomato on works on certain models. It does not work on mine. Changing DNS servers on 40 or more clients is not a strategy. Most dont even have a way to change the DNS.
- Icecat5055Jan 06, 2022GuideYes I understand that this is not a fix all solution for everyone. I just was trying to get some more information out there if someone might have a small network like mine. I don't get the dns issue on my mobile devices just windows computers on my network. I figured since this was a more consumer oriented device your average consumer wouldn't have that many devices on their network. I can understand why that would be a pain in the butt. Just thought I'd put it out there if someone doesn't want to change the software and have a simple temporary fix.
