Got a customer service email about a blank call I never made

I haven't contacted Netgear customer service in a while but got the following emails today:

Was someone calling in my name? And if so, how would I alert Netgear of that?

It may be some time before the images land. To ensure that you aren't posting anything naughty, a Netgear moderator has to approve the pictures.

Paradoxically, you can attach images to messages without any delay.

Yours seem to have been rejected.  Private data?

This must be some new meaning for "paradox".

An in-line image is presented to the reader unconditionally.  An
attached image must be requested explicitly by the user.  Legal
      implications abound.
