GS108T setup for SPACEX starlink
I purchased starlink which does not have any network config options, and i need to control DHCP and some static addresses. So i need to use by GS108T to run the network and allocate 192.168.0.x addr...

Nothing a L2 switch like the GS108T can do ref. IP addresses, IP subnet, .... so not a switch issue at all.
If the Startlink router is indeed not offering any config - you need a NAT router doing this job. One of your routers in NAT/routing mode WAN interface to the single Starlink port, and configure that router to serve the 192.168.0.x/24 IP subnet, with DHCP, address reservation, and whatever else you need.
Avoid using the Starlink router and its LAN and WiFi subnet - except for _one_ NAT router. Deloy the "best" router you have at hand here.
Unclear to me why there are other routers - and why you operate multiple routers connected to the Starlink network. If these routers are probably also in routing/NAT mode, you end up with multiple local networks. The only really meaningful usage - if you want to have _one_ network on that 192.168.0.x/24 network - would be to operate these other routers as pure access points only.
Startlink Router <.1- 192.168.1.x/24 -.x (DHCP)> one NAT router <- LAN port(s) connecting e.g. the GS108T, and other computers, and other routers in access point mode on the 192.168.1.x/24 subnet, DHCP reservation et all. Now you have a single network for all your systems.

Thanks so much for taking the time to reply Kurt, and apologies for my incorrect use of network terminology which is all over the place!
My setup looks like this:
Starlink -> GS108T port 1
GS108T ports 2-7 -> direct connected devices
GS108T port 8 -> network switch (NetgearJGS524Ev2) with 24 more connected devices
House is spread over several buildings, with the GS108T in outbuilding, and the 24 port switch in the house.
What i *think* i need is the GS108T being the DHCP server for all my devices (and to stop starlink doing that), so the GS108T allocates the IP addresses on the 192.168.0.x range, some with static addresses. And it knows the starlink is the internet gateway. Starlink is on 192.168.1.1.
Starlink is the DHCP server right now, so every device is getting 192.168.1.x addresses and i cant chnage that, nor allocate some static addresses.
So can i configure the GS108T to be the DHCP server, instead of starlink? It connects to starlink on port 1 as the route to the internet, and all other ports (2-8) go to direct devices and a 24 port netgear switch.
Hope this makes some sense. If my suggestion above is rubbish (very likely) can you suggest any options?!
Thanks again mate!
