That's a bit thin on details.What does "do not seem to work anymore" mean? Any error messages? Tried different browsers?
If you can't access a router with the browser graphical user interface there may be a deeper issue that is getting in the way of what you are trying to do.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.
I am having the same issue. I use the guest wifi for my kids and their friends devices. In the app when I toggle the enable guest wifi to the on position, type in a password, and save. It looks like its trying to reboot the system but just goes back to the home page of the app after a short period and the guest wifi is not enabled. I have tried a factory reset which did not help. I just updated to Firmware V1.0.4.84 this morning, but this was not working with the version before that (I don't have numbers for that firmware).
Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
