Having issues C7000 orange lights
Often have 2 orange lights arrow down arrow up Cant make them stay green HELP
Tends to indicate the modem side is searching for channels.
do you have a screen snip of the cable connections page and the event logs?
Check your coax for splitters, amplifiers, or signal attenuators and remove them if you do.
Check the link for kinks, damage, old/bad/corroded/cheap connections and replace them if you do.
