having issues maintaining a internet connection with netgear R7000
I have a nighthawk R7000 router, and I have to reboot it at least once a day, sometimes more than once, otherwise nothing can connect to the internet, the modem is fine, as is the netgear prosafe ...
You're on a bit older of firmware and not a great version at that.
You can try installing the latest version 1.0.11.116
Or the agreed upon stable version for the R7000 is 1.0.9.42
any firmware changes with the r7000 I'd recommend doing over a hardwired connection. Then after updating/downgrading, i'd recommend a factory reset and clean install. By clean i mean just not installing from a backup configuration.
