Having trouble with my Nighthawk Router R6900P

Having some trouble getting my devices to connect for the internet while I'm on the network. I've reset the router, let it boot, all the bells and whistles I can think of. Every time, the lights are white and not amber hunting that it's connected to the internet. However, when my family goes to our devices, nothing loads despite being connected to the network. If anyone has tip I would love to hear them!!
