Help! Accidentally Blocked Site

So I was blocking sites thru the routers main thing, where I type in the IP address on my browser. I am not tech savvy, and I ended up blocking a website I didn't mean to, like at all. I accidentally blocked Google. Every single time I go back and hit the Google one, and hit delete keywords, it takes me to a page that gives me an error. How do I unblock websites?!
